The PICS team and Central Lakes Family Services warmly invite you to join us for our second annual day of learning, sharing, networking and discussion.
The theme for 2025: Healing Birth Day
How can we as professionals and organisations, enable and support healing births and how do we help recover, repair and heal when someone experiences birth trauma?
A one-day wānanga for those working with, alongside perinatal/postnatal people, infants or whānau, but this is open to anyone in the wider sector. While it is intended for a professional audience, we believe that if this learning could benefit the community you work with, we want you here so please register regardless but be aware that some topics may be sensitive, advanced or require a level of previous experience.
On The Day
- Morning Session will be seminar style, hearing from a range of speakers on professional and lived experiences.
- Afternoon Session will be more workshop and discussion based.
- We will end the day with networking and relationship building.
Light lunch and snacks provided; we are unable to cater for all dietary requirements but will endeavor to have wide variety.
