Do you want to get hands-on with the process of baking sourdough bread at home, on a schedule that works for you?

In this 2-hour introductory class we'll get into all the basics of the sourdough bread making process.

What we'll cover:

• The fundamentals: equipment, ingredients, and baker's percentages

• The magic: timing, fermentation, and maintaing your starter

• The process: get hands-on with shaping and baking!

Details:

• Start time: 6pm sharp! (we've a lot to cover in just 2hrs!)

• Capacity & Age Limit: 7 places and 17+ (to ensure focused, quality instruction for everyone)

What to Bring:

• Small Jar/Vessel (to bring home your own starter)

• A banneton basket OR mixing bowl lined with a clean tea towel (to transport your own dough safely home for baking!)
