Hills N Co joins us this week showcasing their popular sea moss gels, and wellness products that are sure to having you glowing from the inside out.

No experience necessary, our free Sunday sessions are the perfect balance between a tone and sculpt workout and a social hangout. Join us for a 45 min commercial Pilates session catered to all levels, and meet some new friends while you’re there with a post workout coffee.

Meet us along the river, Look out for our signage. The 45min class will start right on 7:00am so come a bit earlier to set up your spot. Bring a yoga mat or a towel to lie on, and a water bottle. Footwear/socks are optional, whatever you feel comfortable in.

THIS EVENT IS OUTSIDE. IF THE WEATHER ISN'T LOOKING GOOD THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED. WE'D IDEALLY LIKE TO MAKE THE CALL AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE BUT PLEASE FOLLOW OUR SOCIAL PAGES FOR REAL-TIME UPDATES.
