No experience necessary, our free Sunday sessions are the perfect balance between a tone and sculpt workout and a social hangout. Join us for a 45 min contemporary pilates session catered to all levels, and meet some new friends while you’re there with a post workout coffee.

Meet us along the river, Look out for our signage. The 45min class will start right on 7:30am so come a bit earlier to set up your spot. Bring a yoga mat or a towel to lie on, and a waterbottle. Footwear/socks are optional, whatever you feel comfortable in.
