Pilates and breakfast

Please join us for a tranquil and dynamic pilates class run by the Pilates Depot Mt Barker in the beautiful gardens of Comida in Hahndorf. 

A 50 minute class followed by a delicious Spanish inspired breakfast fiesta and a coffee.

What a great way to start your Sunday morning, connecting mind and body through a fantastic pilates class and afterwards, refuelling with a freshly made breakfast. 

All ages and abilities welcome to this very inclusive class. Please bring your own yoga mat.
