Event description

Attend an invigorating, balancing mat Pilates class at your favorite local coffee shop. Soak in a cool June morning getting grounded and connected.

Class will take place on the grassy knoll to the right of Slvr 72. Bring your own mat and a friend!

Snag a drink before or after and enjoy some movement and community.
