Saturday Morning Fusion Yoga & Pilates - Nov 8th

This unique class blends the mindful strength of Pilates with the fluidity of yoga.
We begin and end with meditation and breath, while yoga postures and stretches are woven throughout a Pilates-based sequence.
Fusion is the perfect class to experience the balance of strength and softness, focus and flow.
This is a chance to move your body, have a laugh, connect with a great group of people and begin your Saturday feeling grounded and refreshed.
This is a donation-based class, created as a space to move and connect from the heart.
You are invited to stay on afterwards for coffee and a catch-up 🫶🏽☕️
