Pilates by the Beach - Adara Wellness

Join me Sunday the 19th for a FREE community Pilates class! We’ll meet at 8:30 am at Eastern Beach Reserve, Geelong. We will be located to the left of the Pavilion cafe, looking out towards the promenade. 

Bring your friends, and let’s enjoy a 45-minute class together. Afterward, we’ll grab coffee as a little treat at the Pavilion. 

All you need is a mat, water bottle and yourself x
