Pilates in the Pub is about moving better, feeling better, and showing up, not just for yourself, but for your mates.

This is your chance to start the day with purpose, stretch it out, and do something good for your wellbeing and for Movember. No experience? No worries. This session is for everyone, whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro.

You’ll be guided through a session that challenges your body while giving your mind a reset. And because fuelling up is just as important as showing up, your ticket includes a coffee at Fergus Bar afterwards, the perfect way to kickstart your day and connect.

📍 Location: Fergus Bar, 14 Turakina Rise, Rototuna North, Hamilton
🧘‍♂️ What to bring: A towel or yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable activewear. Running shoes aren’t necessary, as you’ll be in bare feet or socks.

Most importantly, every ticket supports Movember, helping to fund the incredible work they do for men across Aotearoa.
