Looking to improve your strength, flexibility, and focus? Join us for a Pilates class right here at the University of Notre Dame!
This mat-based session offers a low-impact, full-body workout that builds core stability, improves posture, and supports overall wellbeing. Led by a qualified instructor, the class combines mindful movement with breathwork to help you feel centred, energised, and strong – both on and off the mat.
This class is only available to current UNDA students and members of the gym.

📍 Location: University of Notre Dame Staff/Student Gym
📅 Date: Tuesday's 7am-8am and 8am-9am and Thursday's 12:30pm-1:30pm
🎟 Cost: Free for Students and Staff Gym Members.
🧘 Open to all levels – no prior experience needed!
Don’t forget to bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.
Spaces are limited, so please book ahead to secure your spot.
Please note you will not be able to participate in the class without a ticket.
