Description
Pilbara for Purpose has partnered with the Valuing Children Initiative, End Child Poverty Campaign, the Youth Involvement Council and Town of Port Hedland to bring you the Pilbara Child Poverty and Wellbeing Expo.
The Child Poverty and Wellbeing Expo will be held in South Hedland on Friday 4th December from 11am to 4pm. The purpose of the Expo is to bring together community leaders, community service providers, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, government representatives, local government and industry to explore how we can collectively improve outcomes for children and families across the Pilbatra.
The Expo will include presentations, panel discussion, community sector showcase and opportunities for cross-sector collaboration.
Join us to explore solutions to poverty, housing insecurity, food stress, access to services and other challenges facing children and young people in the Pilbara.
