Summer Getaway Weekend 2025 - Pilgrims of Hope

Join CYM (Catholic Youth Ministry) for a transformative weekend retreat, "Pilgrims of Hope," inspired by the Jubilee Year theme and designed for young adults aged 18-30. From February 7th—9th at the serene Eaton Adventure Centre, take this opportunity to pause, reflect, and renew your spirit as we journey together in faith, community, and hope.

As we celebrate the Jubilee Year—a time of grace, renewal, and restoration—we reflect on its profound invitation to become Pilgrims of Hope. Drawing inspiration from Romans 12:12, “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer,” this retreat calls us to embrace hope as both a gift and a mission, rooted in God’s enduring mercy and love.

Through enriching talks, inspiring testimonies, prayerful reflection, and uplifting community moments, this weekend will guide you in living out the Jubilee’s message of renewal and hope. What’s involved: There will be lots of social activities, talks and discussions, music, prayer and Mass.
