This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Please note, this event is now VIRTUAL!  Please complete your own fun walk/run (fancydress still encouraged!) and post photos or videos to Aspiring Rotary's Facebook event page.

Aspiring Rotary Club and Central Lakes Physio are aiming to raise $3000 to allow local people to access Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation. This service provides people with an individualised rehabilitation programme to help improve function and quality of life after a cancer diagnosis.

It will be a casual and fun walk or run, with no obligation to do the whole 5km. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children.

The walk will commence at the Rotary BBQ area at the Stoney Creek end of the Wanaka lakefront. It will go out to Waterfall creek and back. Walk or run, you don’t have to do it all if you can’t manage it!

There will be refreshments, a rotary sausage sizzle, spot prizes, music, raffle and a whole lot of fun at the finish line at the rotary BBQ area.

Dress up in pink and blue encouraged. Come and join us! For more info contact tabathaandjamie@hotmail.com or vicky@physiowanaka.co.nz
