    Event description

    The Pink Elephant Charity Run is annual event raising money and awareness around infant and early pregnancy loss.  Each year we gather together as a community for participants to show their support to one another and their loved ones.  This year our event will have MULTIPLE locations around Australia running or walking 5km for the cause.  

    SATURDAY 26/10, 9am (local time)

    Brisbane – MARCHANT PARK, CHERMSIDE.

    Lake Macquarie – ELEEBANA BOAT RAMP. ELEEBANA.

    Perth – SIR JAMES MITCHELL PARK, SOUTH PERTH.

    Canberra – LAKE BURLEY GRIFFIN, CANBERRA.

    Sydney – GLEBE FORESHORE WALK.

    SUNDAY 27/10, 9am (local time)

    Sunshine Coast – KAWANA SURF CLUB, KAWANA.

    Gold Coast – ED HARDY PARK, NORTH BURLEIGH.

    Central Coast NSW – ANDERSON MEMORIAL RESERVE. WOY WOY.

    Melbourne – ALEXANDRA PARK, MELBOURNE.

    Wollongong – STUART PARK PLAYGROUND, WOLLONGONG.

    Our events will run at 9am (local time) on Saturday Oct 26th and Sunday October 27th.  Each participant will select what event they are registering for and attend their specified event.  Each participant will also receive an event day pair of socks, available on event day, with the rest of the registration fee being a donation on the participants behalf to The Pink Elephants Support Network who help families navigate loss.

    Children under 15 can be a part of the event for free.

    Socks exhausted at 275 registrations and price will be decreased for registrations.

    NOTE: as these are community events we will not be closing roads or footpaths and we will be running around general public.  Each participant will be responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
