Jonathan Chak
Jonathan started his entrepreneurial career in the early 2000s, which spanned across graphic design, web development, and e-commerce. He is most recently a Commercialisation Facilitator for the Accelerating Commercialisation element of the Australian Government's Entrepreneurs' Programme, providing SMEs, entrepreneurs and researchers with access to expert advice and grant funding to get great Australian innovation to the market.
Jonathan has been part of the startup team at Jobs for NSW, and assessed over 500 MVP and Building Partnership grant applications. Passionate about helping other entrepreneurs succeed, Jonathan has coached 100+ founders as part of the UNSW Founders Program and also mentored entrepreneurs through various incubators and accelerators including Genesis at the University of Sydney and Founders Institute.

Solai Valliappan
Solai is an investor and advisor of early stage tech startups. Her angel investing journey started when she was an operator in a startup-turned-scaleup and she invested predominantly in cleantech. Solai started her career in insurance, and is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Blake Wind
Blake is passionate about helping people communicate, the intersection of innovation and social good, and spotlighting that innovation. He's experienced in social media research and data mining across multiple technology verticals. Blake possesses a huge chest of experience in business development for startups, accelerators and VC across the CEE region, most recently in energy/green tech along with XR and AI/ML.H supports startups in fundraising and deal flow.

James Spurway
James is a business builder, angel syndicate lead investor, Startup accelerator mentor and demo day judge, philanthropist, author, and former commercial pilot.
He believes genius is widely distributed. Opportunity is not.
He’s an active Mentor at 500 Global, as well as a mentor and judge at Creatella Impact, a social venture impact accelerator. He previously spent several years contributing as an Adjunct Lecturer on Sales and Marketing and Finance Subjects at Singapore-based Colleges. He is known as “The Fundraising Angel” by many Startup Teams that he mentored, invested in and then helped to raise pre-Seed and Seed funding for. He is originally from country Queensland and has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and several countries in Asia during his corporate and entrepreneurial journey.
As well as his work as a Startup angel, mentor and fundraising advisor, he helps established SME CEOs in his capacity as a Certified Entrepreneurship & Business Life Coach.
He's always been an outsider. A misfit. A square peg in a round hole. He is still a rebel today even though he is now 62 years young.
