Event description

The Sydney Startup Hub invites you to The Pitch Power Series. This series of 4 weekly 90-minute online workshops, will prepare you with the tools and skills needed to grow your startup and take it to the next level.

This series is complimentary for all NSW-based startups. You may attend all 4 workshops or register for those most suited to your stage of growth. Workshops will be jam-packed with tools, practical insights and are interactive, leaving you prepared to get pitch-perfect!

Workshop 3: Which Deck? Preparing the right deck for your audience!

You’ve got your pitch deck ready, so you’re ready to go, right?

Wrong! Unfortunately, one deck does not suit all audiences. Depending on your business goals you may need to adapt and refine your deck, depending on who you are sharing it with. Sound a bit confusing?

Don’t worry! This workshop will help you to identify what your ‘audience’ needs to know. You will examine the differences between a pitch deck, an investor deck, and a customer deck, and when to use which.

You’ll engage in some practical exercises that will help you refine your messaging to suit your audience in a confident and impactful way.

Learning Outcomes:

You will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of what your audience is looking for. You will have a ‘skeleton’ pitch deck, investor deck, and customer deck ready to be fully developed to achieve your business goals. You can rest assured that you have the right tools to share your vision in a way that speaks to your audience!
