Join us on Sunday afternoon on December 22nd for the first ever Pittsburgh Babes on Bikes x POGOH Frigid Bitch Training Ride and Clinic!

A little bit more about the event...

This clinic/ride is inclusive of trans and cis women, intersex people, non-binary, genderqueer, agender, and gender variant folks, as well as those whose gender identity falls outside the dominant conceptions of gender.

Group Ride Skills Clinic 

The Frigid Bitch Training Rides are the first 6 Sundays of 2025 and they’re comin’ up fast! This year Pgh Babes on Bikes is prepping to have more variety in ride pace and route length - and we need volunteers! If you’ve ever wanted to help out, led a group in the past and want to hear about the updates, or just enjoyed the rides, join us for a clinic on how to lead, marshal, and sweep at group rides. We’ll lay out the expectations for each role and elaborate on how easy and flexible it is to participate.  

Winter Layering Panel & Discussion

If you’ve ridden in Pittsburgh weather, you know how critical good layering can be. Winter riding is tough, and choosing the right gear can make it so much easier to survive in the cold. We’ll be bringing all the tips and tricks we’ve accumulated over our many winters to table; share your own if you’ve got em! While we are excited to provide some suggestions for gear, please be sure to come prepared with your own for the post clinic ride.

Lite refreshments and a snack will be provided! 

3p - 4p (Outdoor)

Group Ride 

This ride is meant to test out your group ride skills at this conversational-pace ride through intersections, lights, bike lanes, bridges, trail and pedestrian cut-throughs. Or just come along for the ride!
