Pivotal Wellbeing 9D Breathwork - Reconnecting with your inner child
Event description
How much has your childhood shaped the way you live today?
How you love.
How you react.
How safe you feel in your body.
How loud your inner critic is.
Most of us are still carrying the survival patterns we learned as kids, shutting down, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, because we had to.
But those old coping strategies? They’re still running our adult lives.
This journey is about breaking that cycle.
It’s for anyone who’s ready to stop abandoning themselves and finally reconnect with the parts they had to leave behind.
Through breath, sound, and deep inner work, we meet the inner child who’s still waiting to be seen, felt, and heard.
What to expect:
Reconnect with your younger self through breath and guided visualisation
Let go of emotional patterns that no longer serve you
Feel more whole, grounded, and connected to who you truly are
Create safety within yourself, maybe for the first time
Rewrite the story, from self-abandonment to self-trust
With each 9D journey, you will experience exactly what your body needs and is ready for. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can fully embrace the 9D experience—allowing you to release, reset, and create the change you seek
