Memia founder Ben Reid works as a trusted advisor with senior leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific, focusing on technology-enabled business strategy, digital transformation and emerging technologies. Ben regularly speaks to audiences about how new technology will impact their industry and wider society. Ben is active in promoting innovation and collaboration across the Aotearoa New Zealand technology sector: From 2017-2019 he was the Executive Director of the Artificial Intelligence Forum of New Zealand. He has also been a longstanding committee member and former Chairman of CanterburyTech, the regional tech industry body and also Canterbury Angel Investors Inc., the regional Angel Investment network.
