Kate Chaney, the federal Independent member for Curtin, has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, strategy consultant, in the private sector (in commercial and social impact roles) and in the non-profit sector (in innovation and strategy). In May 2022 Kate was elected as the Independent Member for Curtin. She was elected on a platform of real climate action, integrity and transparency in politics, future-focused economic management and building connected, compassionate communities.
