This September, PJ Harding joins Women & Business to talk about walking away from the dream job, redefining ambition and figuring out who you are when your career has become such a big part of your identity.

From the glitz and glam of breakfast radio in Melbourne to motherhood and an off grid life in rural Wairarapa, PJ’s story is one of big decisions, changing priorities and having the courage to choose a completely different path.

We’ll talk about knowing when it’s time to call it quits, the unexpected pause that Covid created, ambition after children, identity beyond your career and the reality of swapping a high profile media career for a very different kind of life.

A conversation about success, change and the fact that sometimes the dream changing might just be a good thing.

What to expect on the night

Our events kick off with a networking session between 5.30 - 6.00pm so that guests can connect over a drink & nibbles.  At 6.00pm our session will begin and a presentation from one of our sponsors, and then our guest speaker, with audience Q&A + discussion following before the event is wrapped up at approximately 7.00pm.
