PK Presents: Ownership and Mental Health
Event description
PK Presents: Ownership and Mental Health
Mental health broadly can have an impact on the ways that we navigate the kink, leather, BDSM, and M/s lifestyles. Being in a Master/slave or Owner/property dynamic presents unique considerations for the impacts mental health has on O/our dynamics. Ownership can be incredibly beneficial for the mental health of the parties involved, and it can also be damaging if proper care and consideration isn’t taken. Join U/us as W/we share ways that W/we’ve navigated mental health considerations within an Owner/property dynamic, and ways that W/we’ve needed to shift O/our dynamic to assist with stabilizing mental health concerns.
Learning Objectives:
Explore positive and negative impacts kink can have on mental health.
Identify mental health considerations specific to Master/slave and Owner/property dynamics.
Explore ways to navigate conversations regarding mental health needs within a dynamic that centers mutual trust and flexibility.
Presenter Bio:
Lucian Raven and His doll celina Raven are in a 24/7 Owner/property ageplay+ long distance dynamic. Their dynamic includes a variety of kinks and headspaces for both, because well, who wants to just have one kink? They equally share a kink for spreadsheets, are passionate about education and service, and are committed to growing the kink, leather, Master/slave, and ageplay communities. You may often hear them be referred to as the Sadist and service masochist, the diamonds of the party, Daddy and doll, or even the Brat and the sass. They are two of the founding designers of All ‘Bout Community Conference, a free online ageplay conference. Together, Lucian and Celina bring an eccentric, eclectic, and quirky blend of experience, passion, and commitment to their teaching, enriching the community through their advocacy, education, and inclusive approaches.
