The House of Fang and Claw is a blended family of four adults, five children, a dog, four cats, and a lot more livestock than we expected. We merged our households in 2021 after four years of building a poly family in separate homes. Our five children range in age from 4 to 15.

In this class, we will discuss the financial strategies we’ve employed to make our shared home work. We will focus on equity and equitability, as well as safety and security for all involved.

Participants will leave this class with several strategies for making non-monogamy work in the modern economy in a fair and ethical way.

Presenter Bio

Malechus was introduced to the kink community in 2017, and found his home the same night. He is a switch, an owner, a dominant, a top, a bottom, and someone who does his best to experience everything he can, at least once. Over the years he has learned from some of the best, and has presented around the Great Lakes Region on topics related to kink and polyamory. He is co-owner of the Facebook group The Polyamorous Underground, a space focused on growth and well being in the kink and polyamorous communities with over 20,000 members. He is also a member of the House of Fang and Claw, a blended kink and poly household that includes crossover power dynamics and lots of edge cases.
