Plan What Matters - Less noise. More focus. A plan you can actually follow.
Description
You have more ideas, commitments and open projects than you have hours. Your calendar fills up, everything starts to feel important, and being busy doesn't always mean you're moving forward on what actually matters.
This is a half-day, hands-on workshop for people who want to stop carrying everything and start choosing.
Over four practical hours, you'll step back from the noise, decide what really matters now, choose up to three priorities and turn them into a realistic, actionable plan built around your actual life.
You won't leave with more information. You'll leave with something decided.
How the morning works
We begin with a short mindset session, because a plan only holds when you feel steady about making it. Then you move through four steps, using your own workbook:
Recognise. Take stock of where you are, what you've already achieved and what's currently competing for your attention.
Choose. Decide what genuinely matters now. Define your priorities and what you'll keep, park, delegate or let go.
Design. Turn up to three priorities into a realistic, actionable plan that fits your time, energy and actual life.
Activate. Define your next move, your first actions and how you'll keep yourself moving when real life inevitably happens.
What you leave with
A clear direction for the year
Your own criteria for deciding what deserves your time and energy
Your list sorted into what you keep, what you park and what you let go
Your first movement, and a plan for the what comes next that works around the holiday weeks
A method you can repeat on your own the next time everything feels urgent
Who it's for
Anyone with more ideas, goals or responsibilities than capacity, who ends up doing nothing, or working on what pulls them away from where they want to go. You might run a business, lead a team, work as a professional, or be rethinking your next step. You don't need a business to join.
Who you'll be working with
Two facilitators, in a group of up to 25 people. It's a workshop, not a lecture: you'll do most of the thinking, with guidance on the way.
The workshop runs in English, with Spanish spoken in the room where it helps.
