Hello Planet 1st Culinarians!
We are celebrating our summer gardens and creating Italian/American favorites! Join us to learn the techniques and history of these classic menu items and share a delicious meal, together!
Menu Includes:
- Classic Lasagna with Garden Ratatouille
- Creamy Caesar Salad with Local Romaine
- Roasted Garlic and Fresh Herb Bread
- Pignoli (Pine Nut) Cookies (Please let us know if any tree allergies)
- Italian Blood Orange Cream Sodas
Reminders!!
- PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
- Age requirement is 6-17 years old.
- Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
- The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
- The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
- Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and adult
- Inform us of any serious food allergies
