You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Please join us for a practical and supportive session where Erin and Bernadette from Family Planning Australia will guide you through “Planet Puberty.”

They’ll share simple ways to approach tricky conversations, introduce useful resources, and answer your questions in a safe, judgment-free space.

Meet your presenters:

Erin is a Health Promotion Officer with the Planet Puberty team at Family Planning Australia. She is passionate about sexual health education and supporting parents and carers to navigate the often challenging conversations around puberty.

Bernadette may be a familiar face, having previously worked with Down syndrome NSW’s Family Support Team. Now part of the Health Promotion team, she focuses on helping families guide their children through puberty and as a parent of two teenagers, she truly understands the journey.
