Planning for Reform Success Workshop
Event description
Join us for an immersive workshop tailored for aged care providers. Enkindle Consulting will guide you through a comprehensive exploration of the upcoming reform and its implications, leading interactive activities to pinpoint your organisation's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. By the end of the day, each participating organisation will depart equipped with a strategic roadmap, along with practical templates and tools to facilitate ongoing planning.
This full-day, in-person workshop supports you and your organisational colleagues to develop a unique aged care reform action plan and road map.
It will assist you to identify your organisation’s:
✔️ Gaps
✔️ Opportunities
✔️ Key actions
✔️ Key projects
You’ll receive templates and tools to assist with planning and implementing change across your organisation.
For you to get the most from the day, we invite you to register up to 4 people from your organisation.
Throughout the day there will be opportunities to share ideas with other aged care providers who are working through the same processes.
Our workshop is crafted to empower providers to come along with 3-4 team members to identify strategic projects and to develop their reform roadmap, aligning with the evolving legislative and reform landscape.
During our session, your teams will:
- Identify critical priorities, unearth opportunities, and gain clarity on actionable steps
- Engage in discussions around sustainable service strategies and fostering growth
- Craft a structured timeline of projects to ensure reform readiness
- Access valuable templates and tools to effectively document your roadmap and report back to your board.
