Planning Using Ochre Resources: Leaders Workshop
Event description
Program Overview
This short workshop will give school leaders a comprehensive understanding of how to help their teams of teachers use and adapt Ochre materials. This will include looking at the supports provided by Ochre, the role of Ochre materials in classrooms and how to plan a curriculum that integrates Ochre materials with current school materials.
The first cohort will be a pilot program, and limited to just 25 schools. As it is a pilot, we would be seeking feedback from participants on the program and how it could be made even more useful for schools.
What will I learn about?
- How Ochre supports implementation of resources
- The role of Ochre materials in the classroom
- How to plan a curriculum using prepared materials, including integration of Ochre with existing school materials
- How to adapt materials to suit school contexts
The program will be run by Ochre Education leaders with additional support from Ochre’s education team.
Who is it for?
This program is designed for leaders who are keen to know how to plan with, adapt and effectively implement Ochre resources.
