Planning + Vision Boarding Day

Before we start setting another year's worth of goals, let's get clear on what we're actually working towards.

What do you want 2027 to look like? Not just for your business, but for YOU.

We're bringing women together for a day of reflection, intentional planning, connection and a little creativity. A chance to celebrate everything 2026 has been, decide what you want from the year ahead and create a vision board that represents a life you're genuinely excited about.

Because the goal isn't necessarily to build a bigger business. It's to build a business that fits your life.

🥐 Morning tea and lunch included, and tea + coffee facilities

Reflect, Reset & Plan

We'll start by reflecting on 2026, celebrating the wins, acknowledging what didn't go to plan and deciding what we're ready to leave behind.

When she’s not planning events for Ember Lounge, Ash is the Hiring and Leadership Partner behind Emerald HQ and Emerald Leaders Lounge, supporting women to build with intention businesses they enjoy that fit around lives they love.

Using the Emerald HQ Framework, we'll work through guided activities to help you:

✨Reflect on the business and life you've created so far

✨Get clear on what you want your life to look like in 2027

✨Identify your business, personal and development goals

✨Set boundaries and make intentional commitments that support your vision

✨Create a realistic plan for finishing 2026

You'll receive some preparation beforehand so we can spend more time on meaningful conversations and planning together.

Bring Your Vision to Life

After lunch, we're swapping the planning worksheets for scissors, glue, magazines and a little creativity, to create your own 2027 vision board.

Think travel, family, friendships, health, financial freedom, career ambitions, personal achievements and everything in between.

Your vision board is about the whole life you're building, with your business as just one part of it.

Meet Your Hosts & Community

Hosted by Ash and Em from Ember Lounge, this is a day to step away from the everyday demands of work and spend time focusing on yourself.

Expect meaningful conversations, plenty of laughs and a welcoming room full of women who understand that everyone's version of success looks a little different.

Come on your own or bring a friend. You'll be welcomed either way.

A Few Extra Details

This is a paid and ticketed event with food and beverage included in the day. Tea and coffee facilities and morning tea will be available upon arrival, with a lunch break and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Everything you need for vision boarding will be provided, although you're welcome to bring your own photos, keepsakes or anything you'd love to include.

There will be approx 30 minutes of pre-work to complete, and you'll receive a planning workbook to use throughout the day and continue working through afterwards.

One day to reflect on where you've been, get intentional about where you're going and create a visual reminder of the life you want to build.
