Planting at Kennington Reservoir

Come along to a planting day at Kennington Reservoir and hear from City staff about project activities and updates.

We will be planting out approximately 500 semi-aquatic plants along the edge of Kennington Reservoir as part of restoring habitat.

Meeting point: the bird hide near John Bomford Centre, 155/151-155 Condon St, Kennington VIC 3550

What to bring: This is an outdoor event so wear weather-appropriate clothing, hat and sturdy enclosed shoes suitable for walking on the water's edge. Bring water and your own gardening gloves, otherwise some will be available.
