Plants and Pilates

Join me for a beginner friendly, all levels Pilates mat class, while being immersed in nature, surrounded by the gorgeous greenery inside of PREAM. Enjoy an hour long Pilates class and take home your very own plant friend included with the price of your ticket. Enjoy expert advice on plant care and tips from the experts at PREAM and feel free to do some shopping while there. Bring your friends and your mat and we will bring the rest!
