In the Biofield Anatomy, our feet are interconnected with all areas of life as it relates to our ability to support ourselves. More specifically they hold information on our DIRECTION IN LIFE and how we feel about it as quite literally, our feet are what takes us places!

Our RIGHT FOOT relates to our next steps in life and how empowered we feel to take them, whereas the LEFT FOOT can hold dense energy when we feel stuck or mired in a certain situation.
