Description

Join Therese from DCMC for a platypus survey among the river red gums full of birdlife at the Darebin Creek, Buirrarung confluence. We will walk to the site together and will spend an hour looking for platypus as part of the Platy Project. Platypus are most active in September as it is their breeding season. Binoculars will be provided. Bring a lightweight chair if you'd like. While there are no prior skills necessary participants may like to familiarise themselves with the Platy Project:
