We look forward to welcoming you and your family for a fun, free morning of play, learning and connection. To make sure everyone enjoys the day safely, please take a moment to read the important conditions below.

Event Terms & Conditions

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that:

Supervision
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or carer at all times.
- The Toy Library and volunteers are not responsible for individual supervision.
Child Safety & Wellbeing
- All volunteers hold current Working With Children Checks.
- Activities are designed to be safe and inclusive, but participation is at your own discretion.
Health & Safety
- Please do not attend if you or your child is unwell.
- Follow instructions from volunteers regarding safe use of toys, equipment and spaces.
- A first aid kit will be on site; parents/carers are responsible for administering care to their own child unless emergency services are required.
Liability
- Leopold Toy Library Inc. has Public Liability Insurance in place for this event.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Toy Library is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property arising from participation.
Photography & Media
- Photos may be taken for Toy Library records and promotion. * please reach out to Renee on the contact number provided if you do not wish for Photos of your child to be taken on the day- we will arrange for a special wrist band to ensure your needs are met.
Accessibility & Inclusion
- The venue is wheelchair and pram accessible.
- Open-ended play will be available to support diverse needs.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothes for messy play and creativity
A water bottle and snacks (nut-free, please) - light nibbles provided.
