Dropping into hoop flow doesn’t happen on demand—it asks for time, space, and a certain kind of surrender.
It requires an environment where distractions fall away, and presence takes the lead.

Play Date offers exactly that: an immersive, distraction-free container designed to guide you out of your thinking mind and into full-body flow.
No phones. No talking. Just sound, sensation, and the freedom to follow your own rhythm, surrounded by hoopers in their flow. Under the disco ball, enveloped by the Quadrophonic sound system of Brunswick's Quad Club, discover the force of collective hoop energy.

What to Expect

- A guided somatic hoop warm-up to ground and awaken your flow body and hoop connection
- DJ set designed to induce flow states—clear intention, rhythmic feedback, and immersive sound
- A no-talking, no-phone dance floor to minimise distraction and deepen embodied presence
- Spaciousness to hoop, dance, spiral, sway, roll, or lie in stillness under the disco ball
- A collective moment of rest and reflection to integrate

Whether you're new to hooping or you've been spinning for years, this experience is about freedom, expression and play. You don’t need to know the moves. You are the movement.
