Play with Purpose

Come Play with me! 

These are not often the words we want to hear, they often come with a forced smile and a reluctance in our body as we navigate our child's playful games. We are busy adulting and being responsible, play is for children!

But is it? or have we just allowed the responsibility and the busyness of adulting to overtake our playful true nature. Do we often choose the should do's over the want To's. 

I would love to invite you to come and play with me, lean into the joy and laughter of life, the abundance of love and freedom that comes when we play. 

Take a moment to imagine a night, of deep belly laughter, the freedom of silliness, the joy of togetherness and the pleasure of play.

If we are the creators of our lives, shouldn't we nurture our imagination? Our imagination is where our thoughts and dreams come from and if those thoughts and dreams manifest our reality then expanding our imagination is the most critical element in the process.  

Play expands the imaginal world, it brings it to life, play also helps us work through our shame, our ability to expand through our comfort zone and embrace our evolution and transformation. It helps us move through resistance which comes in every creative process, often holding us stagnant.
