Playford Science Fair 20th July 2025 Afternoon Session

Thanks to the City of Playford, The FREE Playford Science Fair returns in 2025 on Sunday 20th July. The Science Collective is pleased to be offering two fabulous 3 hour sessions on the day with amazing science shows, engaging displays and plenty of hands-on activities to keep young family members busy for the entire session. 

Animals Anonymous will showcase a range of native animals in their Wildlife Show and SciFiBri will make his Shedley Theatre debut with his Fire, Froth & Fog Chemistry Show.  The all-female, dinosaur loving supergroup The Ammonites will also perform, providing great role models for aspiring young girls interested in science. The shows are complemented by a day of hands-on science fun with rotocopters, O-Wings and an electric circuit challenge. There will be a virtual reality experience with IgniteVR, SciWorld's inflatable Starlab, robotics and a special Toddlers' Corner. Fans of Dr Who will be delighted to learn that there will also be Daleks!  

So even though the event is FREE, we do need you to book your tickets to guarantee entry on the day.
