Playing Our Part: A community conversation on Equality, Respect and Leadership
Event description
Join us for a community event bringing together coaches, players, parents, and club leaders to talk about how sport can lead the way in building a culture of respect, equality, and safety — on and off the field.
Facilitated by Jesuit Social Services, this event is part of the 16 Days of Activism campaign and features a conversation with Adrian Asdagi, Head of Community at the Carlton Football Club, overseeing the Carlton Respects initiative and Ben Brown, Head of Development at Essendon Football Club’s AFLW program and former AFL Footballer. Together, we’ll explore how we can all play a part in creating respectful relationships, being active bystanders, and making sport a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
A light afternoon tea will be provided. Booking is essential
