Travel instructions

DRIVING TO MONTSALVAT: Montsalvat is located in the picturesque hills of Eltham, a 37 minute drive from the Melbourne CBD. Please note: car parking on site is free, but limited. There are accessible carparks near the Barn Gallery. PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO MONTSALVAT: By Train - travel on the Hurstbridge line to Eltham station, then catch bus #582 (Eltham Town Service). Disembark at the Rockliffe St / Mt Pleasant Rd stop and walk a short distance along Hillcrest Ave to Montsalvat.

Entry instructions

Once you have entered through the main gate at Montsalvat, drive/walk down the driveway to the first car park. You will see the Barn Gallery entrance to your left, next to the café. The surface of the carpark is gravel, but reasonably flat and the Barn Gallery is on the ground floor with wheelchair access availability.

Toilet location

There are public toilets on site next to the Barn Gallery.
