Mindfulness helps you reconnect with the REAL YOU in 2 ways:

1) Clear the clutter
Social media, work, other people's opinions, stress, emotions. These build up and get stored in your mind and body throughout the day, weighing you down. We'll start with some practices to clear the clutter.

2) Create spaciousness and clarity
Sometimes the real you can feel shy to come out after being buried for so long. No need to force, we'll create a supportive space for you to emerge when you're ready. Ticket Information:

Tickets range from $40 to $80, to support accessibility.

$40 Ticket: This option covers your ticket cost and includes a donation to support Congo. Choose this if you have limited financial resources but still want to attend and support the cause.

$60 Ticket: This option covers your ticket cost and includes an additional donation. Select this if you can comfortably afford a bit more and want to contribute extra to Congo.

$80 Ticket: This option covers you and another person's ticket and donation. Opt for this if you have the financial means to support your attendance and contribute towards someone else’s participation and Congo.

Complimentary tickets are available for First Nations peoples and people experiencing an active crisis.

50% of profits go to Congo Pamoja Liboso (CPL) Inc. to help build homes, schools and hospitals to support the people in Congo.
