This venue is brand new, with four bedrooms, two outdoor areas, communal showers and multiple bathrooms across two floors. This space encompasses Gucci wallpaper to an overly comfortable chill area. For play, guests may choose between the upstairs bedrooms and exhibitionist kink tables downstairs.

2130 — BAYKER
Born and raised in New Zealand, BAYKER is a DJ and producer whose sound is deeply rooted in Organic, Melodic Deep House & Techno. His musical journey took a defining turn in 2015 when he found a second home in Berlin, spending six years immersed in the underground electronic scene, refining his craft and pushing sonic boundaries.
During his time in Berlin, BAYKER collaborated with electronic group Gheist on the track Salvation, which climbed to #14 on the Beatport charts and remained in the Top 100 for an extended period. His follow-up EP Howl, released on Radau, became a global success, charting at #20 on the Beatport Top 100 Melodic House & Techno and reaching #3 & #4 on the Beatport Hype Top 100 in the same category.
Now living back on home ground, BAYKER continues to carve his own path into the global electronic music landscape.
