Playte and Shop Bao Ngoc are finally collaborating here in London! Come through for a night of delicious Vietnamese food cooked by Chef Ngoc and immerse yourself in Niyanta’s food art installations. Tickets are limited. Book asap so you don’t miss out!

Niyanta Sharma is an artist and architectural designer and Wesley Hauler a cook running various food projects. Playte uses local foods as a material to create eatable sculptures that bring together the surrounding and people. Together they explore the joy of gastronomy.

Ngọc Trần is a second generation Vietnamese chef cooking on Wurundjeri country in so-called, Australia. Inspired by the accumulated knowledge of her kin, cooking allows her to connect with both lineage and community. Currently, she is learning how to rest and set boundaries in an industry that prioritises grind culture. Ngoc will be cooking a 3 course meal inspired by her mum and grandmothers cooking. 


Our kitchen may use peanuts and seafood. Vegan option will be available only upon request. Please let us know if you are vegan at time of booking. Due to the intimate nature of this event, all other dietary requirements cannot be fulfilled. BYO drinks. (Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible)
