Description

Note: This is an online only event. The Teams link will be sent out the day before the event after registrations close at 4.00pm.

About this event:

Project success is no longer defined only by scope, schedule and budget. PMI’s latest research finds that project success nearly quadruples when professionals fully embrace M.O.R.E.—Manage Perceptions, Own Success, Relentlessly Reassess and Expand Perspective—yet only 7% consistently apply all four practices.

In this one-hour international webinar, Dr Joel Carboni and Lucila Dotto will connect M.O.R.E. with GPM’s P5™ Standard for Sustainability in Project Management. They will demonstrate how P5 turns M.O.R.E. into practical action: stakeholder engagement and transparent reporting help manage perceptions; life-cycle accountability supports ownership of success; the P5 Impact Analysis enables continuous reassessment; and the five dimensions—Product, Process, People, Planet and Prosperity—expand the definition of project value.

The presenters will introduce the P5 ontology and supporting resources, including the P5 Impact Analysis, Sustainability Management Plan, Practice Guide and Sustainability Competence Standard. Participants will learn how these tools can strengthen governance, decision-making, sustainability measurement and credible communication of outcomes.

Designed for project professionals across Australia and New Zealand, the webinar will conclude with a live Q&A. Participants will leave able to explain M.O.R.E., describe the P5 framework and identify practical steps for applying both to improve project success and lasting value.

About the Presenter:

Joel Carboni (GPM CEO) & Lucila Dotto (PMI Global Head of Sustainability) will introduce the P5 collateral of tools and the alignment to M.O.R.E
