PNW SAR Conference

What’s Included with Your Ticket

Your conference registration includes all lodging and meals from Friday through Sunday, allowing you to fully focus on training, networking, and the overall experience.

Lodging Details
Accommodations are provided in large, shared dorm-style rooms designed to keep teams together. Rooms will be assigned by unit whenever possible. For those who prefer alternative options, a limited number of tent and RV spaces are available on-site.

Pre-conference

Lodging is NOT included in pre-conference courses. You are responsible for your own lodging. K9 Pre-conference have the ability to camp on site at Frontier Park.

What to Bring
Please plan to bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or linens), as well as a towel and any personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.). K9 Handlers bringing their K9 need to have a kennel for their K9's and equipment to maintain their K9's.

Facilities
Attendees will have access to on-site showers and standard restroom facilities for comfort throughout the weekend.

Meals & Refreshments
All meals are included each day of the conference. Snacks and beverages will also be available during scheduled breaks to keep you fueled and ready.

Conference Courses

Some courses during the conference have limited seating, these courses are listed as add-ons during registration. You will need to register for those courses if you plan to attend them. If you want to attend a course that is not listed in the add-on section, it has open seating and will be open until the room reaches capacity or the session starts.

Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue Conference

The PNWSARCON is an annual gathering of professional volunteers, emergency responders, and partner agencies dedicated to advancing search and rescue excellence across the region. Designed for those who serve in the field, the conference emphasizes hands-on learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among SAR organizations from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and beyond.
