Pocket Portraits: Make a little book of memories
Description
‘Cutting and sticking since 1980-something’ artist Katie Hallam invites you to an afternoon of cutting, copying and collage at the Oxford Gallery craft table. Bring a 2-4 printed photos of someone you care about (or send them to the Gallery beforehand). You’ll transform them into a pocket-sized zine (part handmade magazine, part mini art book) that tells a story about that person. We'll be tracing, photocopying, collaging and colouring. No experience necessary!
This workshop is for for age 16+ and adults.
Once you buy your ticket we will contact you about the photos so Katie can prepare them ahead of time.
Part of the Living Portraits exhibition at Oxford Gallery and supported by Creative Communities.
