Poetry Healing group sessions

This will take place in Sydney at Hyde Park in the CBD or Waverly Library ( if raining ) every week. A safe space to connect and self express. A no-judgment zone will be created in this space where i give topics on poetry and run a poetry class. U will then have time to write poetry during the class and at the end will all go around in a circle sharing our poems for those who want to. The goal of our session is to self express and release any trapped emotions and safe space to process any trauma. I'm a qualified councillor and will help guide the sessions in a way that feels comfortable, supportive for everyone. You don't need to know how to write poetry to join a class ( beginners are welcome)
