An evening with Alison Smith.

Over the years, I've discovered that poetry has a great way of helping us see a situation differently. A line lands, an image takes root, and suddenly the thing we've been going round in circles about starts to make a little more sense.

So that's what this evening is for.

Come along with something you'd like insight on. It might be a decision you're grappling with, a situation that feels stuck, or simply a question that keeps ticking away in the background. You won't need to share it if you'd rather not. Just bring it with you.

Together we'll explore some of my poems and see what emerges. In my experience, the magic does the rest.

It's a relaxed evening, so do bring your own bottle, whether that's wine, tea, or something in between, and settle in somewhere comfortable.
