Heart Songs, Poetry, Yoga Flow & Breathwork - Sunshine Coast

Join us for a very special day, where we combine heart songs, poetry, yoga flow, meditation and breathwork to reconnect with our body, heart and soul. 

Most of us live a very busy life and don’t give ourselves the time to stop, find stillness, reconnect and remember the things that are important in our lives. We get busy,  we forget and get carried away by the motions of our environment. 

This event is an opportunity to gift yourself the time to pause and receive from talented musicians and facilitators, mindfulness practices and music to allow you to: 

• Slow down the mind and relax with a gentle meditation, breathing and movement
• Reconnect with your body and let go of physical tension with a slow yoga flow led by Michelle Freeman. A very gentle practice accessible to anyone.
• Stimulate your senses and open your heart with the profound messages and music shared by Tess Fapani and Phil Barlow, two exceptional heart lead songwriter musicians from the Sunshine Coast
• Be inspired by the original poetry prepared specially for this event by Nick Grivas, the founder of Liquid Lyrics.
• Recharge and nurture your body, mind and heart with a breathwork practice led by Cristian Trujillo.
• Reconnect with the community and celebrate life.

Event starts at 4pm, please arrive at least 20 mins before the event starts.

• Bring an open heart and an intention for the day 😊
• Bring your yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water
• Bring a journal and pen
• Arrive at least 20 mins before the start of the event
