POGOH Bike or Treat

Bike or Treat is a fun, inclusive scavenger hunt-style bike ride (definitely not a race) celebrating all things Halloween. Participants can start wherever they’d like and hit checkpoints in any order. This year, there will be 6 checkpoints throughout the city. Each checkpoint will have a ticket that you’ll need to collect to prove you made it each stop; these tickets will be used for the prize raffle at the end so make sure to hang onto them! Collect as many tickets as you’d like and ride to Lolev Beer at 5247 Butler St for the afterparty featuring all kinds of Halloween fun including music, games, and a scary good time. 

Proceeds go toward supporting this event and your favorite, local, non-profit bike share program: POGOH! The price of admission also ensures all participants receive:

• Bespoke Bike or Treat sticker
• Drink specials at Lolev (NA options available)
• A chance to win raffle prizes

Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged. 

The Ride:

POGOH will release the checkpoints on Friday, October 25. Checkpoints will open at 1pm on Saturday, October 26; you may not start before 1pm. Checkpoints close at 3pm.

POGOH will share a bike-friendly route, but you can choose your own adventure. No streets will be closed for this event, and riders are responsible for themselves. Have fun and ride responsibly. 

Riding a POGOH bike? We'll have a bike valet at the 52nd St & Butler St POGOH station just down the street at Lolev. Return your bike there for an extra raffle ticket!

Riding your own bike? We’ll have bike parking for you at Lolev Beer. BYO bike lock. 

Riders can use whatever bike they’d like. No electric scooters, mopeds, gas powered vehicles. POGOH e-assist bikes are acceptable :)

The After Party:

After party at Lolev Beer starts at 2pm!

We'll have music, games, raffle prizes, and all the candy you can eat. 

Raffle winners will be announced at 4pm.
