Police Mediation Symposium

The Police Mediation Symposium will showcase the Spanish Police Mediation Program and explore how international best practice in conflict resolution has delivered positive outcomes for law enforcement.

Participants will gain insights into how mediation techniques support local police through the de-escalation of conflicts, maximising available resources and fostering positive community interactions.  Other benefits include workforce upskilling, improved staff retention and a more collaborative workplace culture.  This event will provide a platform for international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of ideas.
